General information about the current availability of "New Client" appointments can be obtained by calling Dr. Nix at (360) 705-1675.    Brief questions about services or scheduling can be addressed by either e-mail or phone. 

If you are requesting a New Client appointment by e-mail, please be sure to include a few sentences about the symptoms or issues that you hope to address (e.g., anxiety, depression, relationship problems, work stress, etc...), and provide information about any insurance coverage that you have which covers psychological services.  If you were referred to Dr. Nix by another professional (e.g., your doctor, an attorney, school counselor, etc...) please include their name in your inquiry, as well.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT DR. NIX DOES NOT ACCEPT NEW CLIENT PAPERWORK BY E-MAIL. Please bring any downloaded forms to your first appointment, or send them ahead of time by mail.
